This is a strange but wonderous succulen houseplant right here.  Its soft, fuzzy, gentle leaves have the aroma of patchouli and vicks vapor rub, but has the similar appearance of Cuban/Puerto Rican Oregano, but it is not the same.  It produces abundant tiny flowers along side the stem.  This beautiful houseplant cascades down drooping ouf ot it pot in a very aesthetically pleasing way.  I highly recommend this unknown beauty.  and Gift a piece to a friend to grow.
