With tastes of caramel and brown sugar, this Sugar fig is very good for hot, humid environments.  It was bred by the LSU breeding program and gives excellent early fruit.  Everyone should be growing this for its consistent ability to ripen fruit quicker than any other variety.  This is the 1st main crop Fig of the year, every year.  Grow it and it will be your first Fig every year, too.
